    • Storey Lake Club – $247.63 / month. Resort style pool, jacuzzi, lazy river and cabanas. Clubhouse, poolside food and beverage service. Sports courts. All property owners must pay.
    • The Cove Villas – $283 / month. Included Features: Valet trash service, landscaping, cable tv and internet, street and community entrance maintenance.
    • The Cove Townhomes – $256 / month. Included Features:  Valet trash service, landscaping, water & sewer, cable tv and internet, exterior paint reserves, roof maintenance, exterior pest control, street and community entrance maintenance.
    • The Terraces Condos – $340 to $415 / month depending on the building. Included features: Valet trash service, water & sewer, cable tv and internet, phone, roof replacement, exterior paint, exterior pest control, community pool and cabana, landscaping, building maintenance and exterior insurance.
