The entire condo has been updated: • Lights can be dimmed and controlled with your phone. • AC can be controlled by your phone via the NEST. • Filtration system provides crystal clear water to the dishwasher and refrigerator for drinking. • Hurricane windows and main door • Keyless entry • Black-out honeycomb blinds that keep the unit cool • Seperate beverage refrigerator for hosting • New AC is quickly circulated with fans in every room HOA fees include: • 100 MB internet • HD Cable • Water • Flood insurance (you only need a smaller policy as the building is protected by the HOA) • Upkeep of the gounds (2 pools, 4 grills, common area, and pier) • 3 month minimum for rentals; there is strong rental demand by snowbirds in the winter months. • Recently passed the new Florida 10 year inspection requirement Electricity bill ranges from $50 – $120 per month. Our complex is centrally located so you can easily walk to the Sunday market in downtown St Pete Beach, across the road to the beach, or fish off the back pier in the intercoastal.
